We’ll discuss how I craft ceremonies and what it’s like to work with me, so you’ll know exactly what to expect. Most importantly, it’s our chance to see if we’re the right fit for each other. This session typically lasts 45-60 minutes and gives us a solid foundation to turn your dreams into reality.

Securing Your Date: Once we agree to move forward, I’ll send you a link to an electronic contract. Sign it, pay the 50% retainer fee, and your date is set! The process is seamless and completely online for your ease.

Crafting Your Ceremony: After securing your date, the real fun begins! I’ll send you a worksheet to help me incorporate your unique voices into every element of the ceremony. This ensures your ceremony truly reflects who you are as a couple. We’ll have an official ceremony workshop via Zoom, lasting 45-60 minutes, where we’ll review and finalize every detail to make sure nothing is left to chance.

Vow Assistance: Crafting vows can feel daunting, but I’m here to guide you. I provide extensive guidance, suggestions, and real examples from past ceremonies to inspire your words and ease any concerns.

Fine-Tuning to Perfection: Throughout the process, I’ll be available to you by phone or email, ensuring open lines of communication. You have total control over the final draft, with up to 5 script revisions up to 3 days before the ceremony. Together, we’ll refine the draft until it perfectly represents your views on commitment, ensuring every word resonates with your hearts.

Delivering Your Ceremony: On the big day, I’ll arrive at least 25 minutes before the ceremony to coordinate with your planner, photographer, and DJ, making sure everything is set for the wedding ceremony of your dreams. I deliver your ceremony with all the emotion and warmth it deserves. I am professional, punctual, and caring, but above all, I am honored to celebrate your commitment to one another. Because I choose my couples with care, wanting to genuinely connect with your journey, every word I speak is filled with authenticity and joy.

The Legal Stuff: I’ll return your marriage license to the County Clerk’s office within 10 days of the ceremony. On your wedding day, you’ll also receive a keepsake copy of your license, signed by your witnesses if present.
